The answer is simple and quite charming 🌼 The idea for the app came from the concept of unconditional love, which persists regardless of circumstances and expects nothing in return. This concept is represented by the Greek goddess Agape, who, according to mythology, carried a ribbon to wrap around two or more people, literally sealing bonds of love and affection. This symbolic ribbon was very inspiring to us, which is why we named the project ribbon, simply dropping one "b" to make it easier 😉

Yes! By using the Ribon app, whether on the Basic or Business Plan, you receive free donation tickets every day. Then, you simply choose the causes you want to support with these tickets. These tickets are financed by Ribon partners and so you don't have to pay for them. If you want to contribute more and build the chain of good, there is also the option of subscribing to the Ribon Club and earning extra tickets daily.

The donation money comes from companies and organizations that want to promote a culture of giving. By supporting these causes, they encourage more people to get involved, amplifying the impact of their initial donations.

Donation tickets are like gift vouchers funded by companies and organizations, which you can use to support social projects through the Ribon app without spending anything. Only selected charities can redeem the ticket values.

The value of the tickets may vary depending on the season and the partner company. The impact of each ticket is shown at the time of donation.

The Ribon app follows four essential steps:

1. Donations from companies and organizations are converted into tickets.
2. These tickets are offered free of charge to users, who choose which causes to support.
3. Users see the impact of their choices at no cost
4. Inspired by the power of choice, many users make donations out of their own pocket to further expand its impact.

Each month, we make the exact transfer to each project, referring to tickets donated that month. You can track the receipts from the NGOs and financial reports on our website: https://ribon.io/en/reports/.

We have three types of plans for using the Ribon platform:

• Basic Plan: Receive free tickets daily from Ribon's partners.
• Ribon Club: Subscribe to the Club and receive more tickets every day to expand your impact.
• Business Plan: Receive tickets through your company as a benefit.

This depends on your Plan at Ribon!

• Basic Plan: Receive 1 free ticket everyday in the app, allowing you to make one donation per day.
• Ribon Club: Subscribe to the Ribon Club and receive more tickets. The number of tickets depends on the plan you choose. You will receive an initial monthly package and additional tickets daily.
• Business Plan: Receive tickets as a benefit offered by your company. You will continue to receive 1 daily ticket from the Basic Plan, and if you wish, you can subscribe to the Club to receive even more tickets.

To donate your tickets, go to the "Donate tickets" tab in the app, select the project you want to support, choose the number of tickets, and confirm the donation.

Each project that enters Ribon has a different minimum impact cost and that is why some projects require 4 minimum tickets, for example, for the donation to be made.

We work with the projects to understand the costs involved and the impact generated. These data are translated into actionable metrics, such as days of impact for example.

To learn more about the Social Projects, open the app and swipe to the right to view the photos and descriptions of each project in the carousel. There, you will find information about the history and activities of the nonprofits featured in the app.

All of your donations are recorded in your profile on the app. You can view and share the good you've done through the "My Impact" tab.

Ribon Club is a subscription that allows you to expand your impact, donate even more to your favorite causes and help the world become a better place. With plans starting at 14.90 per month, the Club offers monthly and daily ticket packages. Become a supporter and help us make the world a better place ❤️

The Club offers 3 packages:

1. $14.90 per month: Receive 3 extra tickets per day and a monthly package of 10 tickets.
2. $39.90 per month: Receive 8 extra tickets per day and a monthly package of 30 tickets.
3. $89.90 per month: Receive 20 extra tickets per day and a monthly package of 60 tickets.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have the option to exchange the card automatically. You must cancel your current subscription and do it again with the new card.

• All employees will receive access via email and can start using the app. We offer continuous support to ensure maximum engagement.
